All You Need To Know About Pregnancy and Exercise

Other women require more assistance with fertility. That is why we are here today. We have some helpful tips on how you can increase the chances of becoming pregnant if you are having issues.

Bananas
We know this sounds weird, but hear us out. Bananas are loaded with Vitamins, particularly B6. That helps to regulate your cycle. Bananas also provide a healthy snack for your body.

You might want to think about adding bananas to the list if you are having trouble conceiving. The bananas create regularity with your menstrual cycle. That is what you need if you want to increase your odds of conceiving. A regular cycle during intercourse relaxes your body so that you can get pregnant more easily. It might not happen on the first night. It will happen though. Just give it some time and let the bananas do their job.

Pineapple
This fruit is one that many experts argue will take over the limelight. That means that pineapple is one of the best foods that can help due to the Manganese. Manganese, for those that do not know, is a reproductive mineral. It will help increase your hormone levels before sex. How you want to eat the pineapple depends on your preference. It does not matter though, because the pineapple will do its job regardless of how you ingest it.

Green Vegetables
You need to make green vegetables part of your routine if you want to conceive. These items have Iron, Folic acid, and antioxidants. Those are essential if you want to reduce your fertility issues. They also help with the walls for the lining of the uterus which is a big part of conception. We are not saying you should overindulge in those items. That would be foolish. All we are saying is to add them in. They are going to go a long way to help increase the odds of conception.

One Final Note
This note is for the guys in the group. Calcium is an essential part of the conception and helping the baby to grow after conception. You might want to think about putting down the peanut butter. Some of you might have heard about how peanut butter aids in increasing the amount of your ejaculate and sperm count. Some couples are under the misconception that the larger the ejaculate, the more likely you are to conceive. There is a little truth to that, but you are still missing the reality of the situation.

None of that is going to help when your partner is facing conception issues. That is why you should reduce your intake of peanut butter for the time being.
